How do third party delivery services work with Blowfish?
- - Blowfish Sushi subscribes their services to deliver food orders. They charge Blowfish a fixed percentage of the total order amount and collects the delivery fee.
How does third party delivery drivers deliver my food?
- They are freelance drivers who are paid a small fee for each trip. The drivers are not paid an hourly wage and get no benefits. The small fee often goes to cover their own expenses, including gas and the cost of maintaining their cars.
Should I tip the driver?
- You can tip your delivery partner directly through the third party delivery service app, or you can tip them in cash when they deliver the order. Either way, 100% of the tip goes to the delivery partner.
What does Blowfish do to ensure a third party courier works properly for you?
- As a restaurant, we have to make sure that the food is ready on time and the pick-up is as efficient as possible. Once the order is picked up by the third party delivery service driver, they are responsible for delivery the order to you in tact.
How to do I keep track of my order?
- SkipTheDishes: According to SKIP’s site, you can check the Order History page and click “Track Order” to view the live order updates. If it is past the estimated time range of delivery, and your food hasn’t arrived, you should contact SkipTheDishes, who is the only party that has the right to resolve the issue for you.
- UberEats: According to UberEats site, you can track your order through the app using the Receipt icon on the bottom menu bar.
